The online registration process will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.
To complete the registration, you will need to have the following:
  1. Copy of Birth Certificate to upload: New players to the association only.
  2. Player Photo to upload: The photo should be clear, centered, front view of the face with eyes open. The face should be the majority of the photo and no hats.
  3. Insurance information
Kick Off Meeting and Paperwork Night: This is TBD. Everyone should have registered electronically already, but there will still be some documents to collect and important information to be shared about the upcoming season and our training program. It is important that everyone attend.

Payment Options

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, of Discover card account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from Blue Sombrero will appear on your account. For people without debit or credit cards, you can get a prepaid debit card and use that for your registration transaction. PayPal is not an accepted form of payment.
Scholarships to cover individual registration costs are available through Project Julia. Information can be found here.

Program Philosophy:  The focus for this program is training based. The club will provide age appropriate quality training sessions that will be delivered by licensed and experienced coaches. All players signing up for the competitive program will receive training delivered by trained coaches.  The training sessions will be scheduled by the age group’s team manager and coach. Sessions will take place late fall through mid-July.  Most the training sessions will be scheduled in the winter and summer.
Brookings FC is a PLAYER FIRST club, meaning that we promise to utilize all available opportunities to challenge and develop players.  The role of our Director of Coaching, Technical Director, Age Group Coordinator and Coaching staff is to make decisions that will have a positive effect on player development for the individual player.  These decisions include but are not limited to team formation, tournament invites, play up opportunities and requests from other teams for guest players.

Events– Tournaments and other events are determined by the Director of Coaching.  Event costs for events outside of Brookings are not included and typically range from $10-$60 plus travel when necessary.  ALL TOURNAMENTS AND EVENTS ARE OPTIONAL.
Refunds – Are considered as per the Brookings FC Bylaws but require approval of the Brookings FC Board. Typically, refunds are granted in the event of long term injuries, a player leaving the area or other unforeseen circumstances.
